Because we’re a small shop and each order is packed with care, all sales are final.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Refunds are not available for:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow the Order Inspection steps below within 24 hours so we can assist you.

When your package arrives, please take a moment—like checking over a fresh market haul—to review your order within 24 hours of delivery.
Please check for:

Damage that may have occurred during shipping
If something isn’t right, contact Classy Farm Girl within 24 hours of delivery and include:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the packaging and items received
Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
If a claim needs to be filed, it will follow the carrier’s insurance guidelines. Classy Farm Girl is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping, and the shipping carrier makes the final determination on claims.
If a refund is approved through the carrier’s insurance process, it will be issued once the carrier completes their review and releases the refund to us.
